I made my business official

My freelance writing and editing work, my PR consultancy work, and my blogging work are now all under one business entity called Frances Jules Amper Sales Writing Services.

Yes, I'm officially registered with the DTI and the BIR and the mayor's office, and while I'm happy about the official status of my career, let me just tell you that it is so hard to put up a business in this country. The process is difficult and timely and costly. It's quite discouraging.

But I now have all the documents stating I'm a bonafide business. That means I'm swimming with the big fish now and I can command better rates and attract bigger brands simply because I have an official receipt. 

I'm a business owner now. An entrepreneur. A girl boss. Exciting times ahead!
