Book editor: Breastfeeding Journeys

I am now a book editor. Here is my first project ever, Breastfeeding Journeys: Straight from the Coach by Zenaida Feliciano.

Book editing is very different from magazine editing. I wish I'd gotten on board much earlier in the development of this book. I was hired just before it went to print so I basically did copy editing and a few tweakings of concept and layout. I was surprised at how difficult it was and yet I came away from this project having learned a ton of new things. I'm ready to go into book publishing now!
